**RN - Cardiac Intensive Care**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient condition, including vital signs and response to interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards and protocols.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1 year ICU experience strongly preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in administering medication and treatments
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
