With headquarters based in East Brunswick, NJ, we are looking for our first hire in our Chicago satellite warehouse to support our continued growth

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders daily against established customer requirements.
- Accessing customer portals to retrieve PO and order details.
- Accurate and detailed data entry into company ERP system.
- Ensuring orders are processed within the required lead-time.
- Use of shipping software and customer portals to track order details.
- Printing order acknowledgements, customer packing slips and carton labels required for product shipment.
- BOL creation and scheduling of daily LTL pick-ups.
- Confirming all local deliveries with customers & ensuring trucks are filled up & cubed out.
- Communicating with warehouse staff on daily pick-ups and order status.
- Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Reconciling petty cash and handling cash and check receipts.
- Processing credit card payments and Zelle payments
- Reconciling any UPS or Fedex invoices, paperwork, and credits

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in over-the-phone or in-person customer service, sales, billing, and data entry
- Ability to build rapport with customers while operating in a standalone, satellite office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Trust-worthiness and excellent communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
