$18-$21/HR(LOCK IN RANGE)Position Summary Entry-level position performing basic manufacturing and/or packaging equipment operations. Functions include documentation, set-up, operation, and clean-up with direct guidance from an upper-level operator. This position is a position of training to assume the role of a fully functional operator.
Position Accountabilities
The following are essential job accountabilities:
1. Works with trained operators at assigned work centers to learn all aspects of the position, including record documentation, equipment set-up, operation, and clean up.
2. Assists in material handling for equipment operations, equipment setup, and breakdown.
3. Performs sanitation duties under specific instruction of trained operator (I.e., cleaning containers, parts, buckets, proper disposal of pharmaceutical and/or hazardous waste.
4. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

High School or equivalent
Minimum Experience : 0 -2 years of experience
Minimum Field of Expertise
Ability to perform repetitive work and meet ANI standards. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy. Appropriate personal hygiene. Excellent accuracy/attention to detail. Good basic communication skills. Good interpersonal skills
Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Carrying: transporting an object, usually by hand, arm, or shoulder. Climbing: ascending or descending objects usually with hands/feet. Fingering: picking, pinching, or otherwise working with fingers. Handling: seizing, holding, grasping, or otherwise working with hand(s). Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds by the ear. Kneeling: bending legs to come to rest on one or both knees. Lifting: raising or lowering an object from one level to another. Pulling: exerting force on an object so that it is moving to the person Pushing: exerting force upon an object so that the object is away. Reaching: extending the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Repetitive motions: making frequent movements with a part of the body. Standing: remaining on one's feet in an upright position. Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words. Walking: moving about on foot. Protective Clothing
Ability to wear personal protective clothing/equipment and hearing protection where required. Vision Requirements
Near Acuity: ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less. Working Conditions Manufacturing/Processing areas and/or Packaging Lines
