Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. Must have some sales experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Sell products and memberships

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
