Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. This part-time Project Estimator will play a crucial role in the construction process by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring projects are financially feasible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam for estimating purposes
- Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment
- Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and costs for future reference

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and software tools like Bluebeam
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities to accurately price projects

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.22 - $19.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Marietta, GA 30008 (required)

Work Location: In person
