Cleaner/janitor

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our homes/facilities..

**Duties**:

- Perform general custodial duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, break rooms, and conference rooms
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent results
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
