Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the assisted living community, including supervising staff, ensuring resident rights are upheld, and maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Utilize expertise in social work, dementia care, and medication administration to provide exceptional care to residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to create a supportive and enriching environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
- Strong background in supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in dementia and memory care.
- Healthcare background or experience working closely with healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $93,480.00 per year
