**Who we are**:
Association to Benefit Children (ABC) is dedicated to bringing joy and warmth to disadvantaged children and their families through compassionate, sustainable, comprehensive and integrated services, designed to permanently break the cycles of abuse, neglect, sickness and homelessness.

ABC runs a number of mental health programs including 1) Fast Break, which consists of several children’s mental health clinics providing mental health evaluations, treatment, peer services, health home care management, and crisis intervention; 2) In Good Hands, ABC's infant and early childhood mental health access initiative connecting infants and young children in need of mental health treatment and other early childhood developmental services/supports with a team conducting screenings and evaluations, psychoeducation, and system navigation support; 3) an early childhood therapeutic center offering infant and early childhood mental health consultations embedded in child care and health centers; 4) school-based mental health programming in a number of local public schools in both Manhattan and the Bronx.

Additionally, ABC offers a variety of opportunities for professional development, including trainings for child and family-serving professionals and specialized trainings for mental health clinicians. **Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience

**The Lead Data Analyst will**:

- Implement data management and evaluation policies and procedures
- Carry out data analytics focusing on key metrics of programmatic outputs and impact
- Develop written and oral communications to key stakeholders of program performance and quality measures
- Support a data-informed culture within the program
- Represent the program to mental health providers and related systems in NYC

**What we are looking for (skills, education and requirements)**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles preferred
- The capacity to perform data analytics in human service work with multiple data information systems
- The capacity to perform process or summative evaluations
- The capacity to utilize information management systems to develop meaningful assessments of program performance and quality measures
- Present findings and facilitate data-informed dialogue with diverse stakeholders (funders, staff, community)
