Part-time Associate - CBD Retail

azWHOLEistic was established in 2015 in Phoenix, AZ with a mission to provide high quality CBD products that offer a natural solution to customers’ health concerns including general wellness, chronic pain & inflammation, anxiety, and sleep issues. Position Specs:

- Work one weekend day (10am - 4pm) and two weekdays (10am - 6pm) 22 hours a week.
- Primary location will be our North Phoenix store - 13636 N. Tatum Blvd, however, may occasionally be asked to cover the Chandler store, 312 N. Alma School Rd, as needed.
- Full-time potential for the right person.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years of age.
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service or related field.
- Passion for helping people and ability to engage with customers.
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the body.
- Ability to stand for a long period of time.
- Ability to comfortably and safely lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of college.
- Previous experience in a CBD, natural health supplement, or related health-retail environment.
- Additional certification/education in human anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, and/or biology is a plus.

- Strong time management skills with flexibility to carry out multiple tasks: answer incoming phone calls; in store customer consultations; online order processing and shipping; monitoring inboxes, etc.
- A natural teacher that can easily educate by explaining what cannabinoids are and how they interact with the body to bring change.
- Sharp mathematical skills to correctly calculate product dosing, cash transactions, etc.

Core Job Responsibilities:

- Perform store opening responsibilities.
- Guide new and existing customers through our menu items and methods as it pertains to their needs.
- Online order processing and packaging.
- Perform store closing responsibilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 25 per week
