**Residential Counselor** - CILA Springwood**
- A _**_CILA _**_(Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a _**_group home_**_ style living arrangement _**_for adults_**_ aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. _

**Location**: Grayslake, IL

**Hours**: Full Time

**Schedule**: Wednesday & Thursday 2pm-10am (40hrs)

**Pay**: $20.00/hr + Paid Training

**_ Sign-on Bonus_**_: Full-Time staff will receive a total of _$2,000_ and Part-Time staff will receive total of _**_$7_**_50_ _in bonuses the first year of employment with us_

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age
