Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians and other staff members
- Promote salon services and products to clients
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure cleanliness throughout the salon

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems for payment processing
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse clientele
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
