If yes, you'll have a blast as a **full-time Facility Maintenance Worker** at Crystal Springs Starting at **$16 per hour**, this facility maintenance position also includes a $1 staff retention pay funded through June 30, 2024. **ABOUT THIS ROLE**

As a Facility Maintenance Worker, you work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and on-call snow removal. You ensure buildings are safe and functional by performing maintenance tasks like carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and groundskeeping. You address minor maintenance issues promptly, conduct carpentry repairs and painting, and maintain the grounds to high standards. In the winter, you handle snow removal duties to keep our residents safe

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER**
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and respectfully
- Flexibility to work varying hours to meet the needs of the department
- Ability to meet EEC/DESE requirements for in-service hours
- Physical ability to carry, lift, stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed

A license in carpentry is preferred. We'd also love it if you have at least a year of experience in facilities maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent, but it's not required.
