**Marketing Specialist**

Are you a content creator with a marketing mind? We are seeking a social media and digital reputation manager to develop, execute and promote the online presence of three local businesses. This full-time position is ideal for an individual who relishes the opportunity to play in the content sandbox and find innovative strategies for broadening share of voice in competitive online spaces.

While we don’t expect applicants to be seasoned experts in all of these areas, they should have some degree of familiarity and knowledge of these areas of focus:

- **Cross-channel organic content planning and execution** - Develop a content calendar, create content and post it on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn). This could include before/after images, tutorials and promotional pieces.
- **Multimedia content strategy and creation** - Plan, capture, edit and post creative mediums such as podcasts, videos and reels.
- **Community management** - Monitor and assist customers and potential customers who have comments or concerns.
- **Paid strategy** - Plan effective, cost-efficient promotion of organic social media content and/or digital ads. This includes targeting strategy.
- **Google listings and review management** - Monitor and manage all business Google listings and reviews. Consider a strategy around review soliciting and Google ads to increase visibility and search ranking.
- **Manage Yelp and other third-party review sites.**:

- **Basic website development and e-commerce **- Adjust content and images within the backend of all business websites. Assist with online sales promotion and execution.
- **Printed marketing materials** - Oversee the development and design of printed promotional materials for all businesses.
- **Event promotion and execution **- Assist with the planning, promotion of and execution of customer-facing events.
- **Serve as a representative of the businesses** - Be willing and open to functioning in a public relations capacity at events such as tradeshows, education lunches/dinners and promotional events.
- **SEO management **- Audit existing content and web copy for SEO optimization and implement SEO-focused content moving forward, across all platforms.
