Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination. We fuse research in autonomy, robotics, aviation and services to define a new category of mobility for the world's communities. **What we do**:
Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

**What you can do**:

- Performs research on the talent markets to determine the supply versus demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent
- Develop talent maps to create deep pipelines geographically which directly support open & future job openings
- Recommend strategic plan for building recruiting campaigns with support of Communications & Branding team
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations
- Continually partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to ensure an accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations
- Deliver diversity and inclusion into every step of the recruiting process
- May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
- Work onsite 5 days per week

**What you can contribute**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in aerospace/aviation, technical industries required
- Experience with high volume and surge recruiting required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Greenhouse and/or ADP preferred
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices
