Responsibilities include but are not limited to directly supervising 6-12 non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities and perform cutting/fitting/welding/ work when needed. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving problems, & disciplining employees. Studying structural steel blueprints and shop drawing details. Inspects work in progress and finished products to make sure it was built per drawing specifications, QA/QC. Follows all rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency. Recommend measures to improve production methods and quality of product. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Plans and requests work hours adjustments for approval to meet production schedules. Maintains time and production records. Maintain stock material and consumables. Produce BOL for steel deliveries. Coordinate the loading of finished steel products onto trucks.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
