**Clinical Applications Specialist**:
Visage Imaging, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist, working virtually or at Visage Imaging’s North America Headquarters in San Diego, CA, with the industry’s fastest, most powerful Enterprise Imaging Platform: Visage 7.

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing pre/post-sales demonstrations, post-sales training (via direct and/or train-the-trainer approaches) to customers, and remote customer support.
**The Clinical Applications Specialist**:

- Uses screen-sharing technologies to remotely demonstrate Visage Imaging products to prospective customers, as well as participate in onsite pre-sales demonstrations and tradeshows; works with the sales team to adequately prepare for the demonstration.
- Documents demonstrations and provides reports to the Visage Imaging management team.
- Works with the Visage Imaging Project and/or Applications Manager to prepare appropriate training materials for each project, working with the Applications Manager to create documentation and videos to further expand the Visage training library.
- Performs training both remotely and at customer facilities, in both group and one-on-one situations, including the use of all clinical workflows supported by the Visage Imaging software as intended in each Project Scope of Work for both Primary Reader Training (PRT) and Follow-Up Training (FUT), as well as subsequent focused training sessions as requested by customers.
- Communicates and documents each participant of any training session and produces participation reports for the Visage Imaging Project Manager.
- Supports go-lives for the implementation of Visage Imaging software either remotely or onsite.
- Triages and manages customer support tickets through to resolution.

**Experience Required**:

- Degreed clinical background (RT, Nursing, etc.) with 5-10 years of clinical experience (including cross-sectional imaging).
- Imaging informatics experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Confident delivery and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility and patience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- The ability to handle group dynamics and one-on-one situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to travel as necessary.

**Expected Travel**:

- 50-60% (60-80% during first 3-6 months).

**Employment Type and Location**: Full-time, virtually or at Visage Imaging’s US headquarters based in San Diego, CA.
