**Manufacturing Technician**

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our product manufacturing team.

We make the world’s best handheld thermal wire strippers - precise hand tools used in aerospace, medical and other high-standard industries. Our products are known for their superior quality and precision, and we are driven to maintain these high standards.

Manufacturing our products involves a number of hands-on tasks, many of which require a high degree of skill and accuracy. We are looking for someone with the right skills, experience and/or background to be successful, but we know from experience it will take time to learn and grow into this position.

The following is an example of skills needed for this position:

- Good working with your hands
- Ability to use small hand tools well
- Perform certain tasks under a microscope
- Ability to focus for extended periods on detailed work
- Comfortable working in a quiet focused environment
- Takes pride in their work

Machine shop, CNC/EDM experience a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform a combination of assembly, test and repair operations on components and fabrication tasks that go into creating Meisei HOTweezers®, HOTNife and Power Supplies.
- Operate equipment and use tools associated with the production
- Learn via hands-on training
- Monitor quality throughout all steps of the manufacturing processes
- Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all applicable safety measure

Details:

- Pay Range $17 - $22 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Position is a Full-Time daytime position for an 8-hour shift
- Hourly pay + Overtime

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
