SeaScape is hiring for Licensed applicators for our lawn care, outdoor pest control, and plant health care divisions.

Licensed Applicators work as part of SeaScape’s lawn care, outdoor pest control, and plant health care teams servicing customers’ properties. This is a terrific opportunity for those with Applicator licenses wo are eager to learn about lawn and plant health care and outdoor pest control and possess good supervisory skills to grow with the company and lead a crew.

IDEAL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

- Pesticide applicator's license
- Education and experience in the pest control field
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and customers
- Excellent customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and interest to develop this role into a career

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Pest control applicator's license
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to participate in physical labor and lift at least 50 lbs.

COMPENSATION: commensurate with experience, plus paid vacations and holidays, health benefits (HSA optional) and 401k with an employer match.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
