Our Entry Level Enrollment Representatives are eager to help customers. They understand the importance of communicating with passion, patience, and empathy. Entry Level Enrollment Representatives collect valuable customer feedback, close sales, address questions and customer issues, and are confident in their ability to market and sell our client products and promotions.

**Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative**:

- Engage with customers and potential customers with a professional and courteous manner
- Promote and sell our client’s products designed to help connect customers with the leading telecommunications services
- Identify customer’s unique needs and offer sound solutions while navigating within company and client guidelines.
- Use sound due diligence in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines prior to signing off on documents
- Effectively market and promote telecommunications services with the goal of closing sales/enrolling new customers
- Uphold strict confidentiality when working with customers and handling private/sensitive information.

**Requirements of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative**:

- Prior experience in Sales, customer service, or client services
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
- Ability to close sales and upsell products
- Strong organization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
