Rancho Lewis is looking for a hard-working, passionate individual who is interested in becoming our last defense in producing beautifully curated dishes. We need a motivated, organized expeditor/expo with the skills to maintain company standards in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
FOH expo responsibilities include:
- Excellent communication skills with both FOH & BOH
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Assisting in the final presentation of dishes
This position is paid an hourly rate of $18-20/hour, based on experience.
AM shifts are from 9am-4pm.
PM shifts are from 4pm-11pm (at the latest).
We are currently open Tuesday-Sunday, which expectations to open for 7 days a week after the summer season.
