**Duties & Responsibilities Include but not limited to**:
Answering phones and communicating appropriately
Setting up and following up on patient appointments and information needed.
Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating care
Entering/Updating patient information in to the computer system
Maintain patient files according to HIPAA rules and regulations
Understanding of Insurance Billing and Insurance Plans
Work in a team environment'
