Estamos buscando un representante de servicio al cliente con la licencia CSR 4-40 disponible para trabajar Tiempo completo de lunes a viernes y sábados con experiência en estas areas.

Deberes
- Brindar información sobre productos/servicios ,
- Resolver cualquier problema emergente que nuestras cuentas de clientes puedan enfrentar
- Identificar la mejor póliza de seguro para los clientes
- identificar clientes potenciales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar llamadas entrantes
- Generar oportunidades de ventas
- Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción.
- Construya relaciones sostenibles y confianza con las cuentas de los clientes a través de una comunicación abierta e interactiva.
- Vivir cerca de la zona donde esta la agencia ubicada
- Proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa utilizando los métodos/herramientas adecuados
- Manejar las quejas de los clientes, proporcionar soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los límites de tiempo; seguimiento para asegurar la resolución
- Mantenga registros de las interacciones con los clientes, procese las cuentas de los clientes y archive documentos
- Siga los procedimientos, directrices y políticas de comunicación.

Habilidades
- **Preferiblemente bilingüe ( English & **Español**)**:

- Fuertes habilidades de manejo de contactos telefónicos y escucha activa.
- Familiaridad con los sistemas de agencia.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva**.**

(Salario + Commissions )

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person
- Office

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- CRS 4-40 LICENSED (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
