This location is in the East Falls Church area and offers weekly part-time hours in the evening:

- _Wednesday_: 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM
- _Thursday_: 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM
- _Friday_: 05:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- _Saturday_: 05:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- _Sunday_: 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM

For a total of **22 hours per week,**.

**Requirements**:
Good character, integrity, and vigilance

A friendly, cheerful demeanor

Familiarity with computers and multi-line telephones

Possess a strong speaking voice

A desire to learn and grow through training, education, and experience

Fluency of the English language

**Responsibilities**:
Greeting residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Managing incoming and outgoing packages and mail for residents.

Assisting residents with inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.

Monitoring building security and ensuring a safe environment for residents.

Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with building management as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.

Keeping track of visitor logs and ensuring building access protocols are followed.

Handling concierge-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

- Evening shift
