_Cleaning Technician Supervisor_
One Organized Mom is a Professional Cleaning Company located in Jupiter. This is a fulltime, hourly position, our operations hours are 7:30-5:30. We are looking for someone to coach and mentor our cleaning technicians. We are a family based company and having a family, work, life balance is very important to us.
- 2 years experience in residential house cleaning management preferred, 5+ yrs in supervisor of 20+ staff members
- Technology proficient (knowledge of Mac, PC, Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Able to handle a fast paced work flow
- Capable of troubleshooting
- High energy
- Highly Adaptable
- A great ability to problem solve quickly
- Excellent communication skills (in phone and in person)
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices

Responsibilities of this position:

- Coaching and mentoring cleaning staff of 25+
- Prepare technician work schedules
- Assign specific duties
- Manage time off requests
- Manage staff workflow, volume, productivity and disciplinary issues
- Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new staff
- Assist office staff to maintain client retention with exceptional customer service levels
- Researching equipment and supplies and maintaining warehouse levels
- Improving workflow, training, for an overall better client experience
- Manage and process payroll for review with business manager/owner

This individual is responsible for improving performance, productivity and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. To make sure the organization is providing an efficient service that meets the expectations of clients and staff, as well as planning for projected growth.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
