Purchasing Clerk

Bensalem, family-owned company looking for purchasing clerk with the following experience:
- Maintain vendor data base
- Place purchase orders with vendors
- Follow up on purchase order release dates
- Expedite purchase orders of vendor and outside process deliveries
- Check vendor invoices for discrepancies before sending to accounting
- General office duties (filing, answer phone)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
This position will interact with accounting, shipping, and customer service departments.
Must have Microsoft Office products knowledge.
Must have 5 years of office experience to be considered for this position.
Reliable transportation
Full time Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
