**Position: Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician**

**Hourly role $28.66 an hour No shift differential for swing, only for 3rd shift. Shift: Swing shift
- alternates one week, 7am-3pm and the next week 3pm-11pm**
**$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS**
**Mon-Friday Schedule, weekends at times, non union**

**Must-Haves**:

- Participation in proactive maintenance activities such as FMEA’s, RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action), and Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS).
- Technical skills to maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment, including a strong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring proper lubrication is applied.
- Technical skills to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.
- Technical skills to repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.
- Technical skills to precision install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment utilizing OEM specifications.

**Nice-To-Haves**:

- Experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment; experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial, and motor controls.
- Comfort with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime, including weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain auxiliary equipment as required by production.
- Maintain and repair utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.
- Assist/train other maintenance personnel with repairs, PM’s, and rebuilds.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and teams for proactive problem resolutions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Manage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
- Perform all duties in support of quality and safety policies.

**We’d Love to Hear From You If**:

- You have experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- You have experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial, and motor controls.
- You are comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs.

**Job Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To**:

- Follow safety policies and procedures, performing all tasks safely and leading by example.
- Identify and reduce safety risks in behavior, equipment, and processes.
- Create, document, and perform strong preventive/predictive maintenance tasks/procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement optimum corrective action.
- Communicate effectively with operations personnel to resolve abnormal or degraded equipment conditions.
- Participate in proactive maintenance activities such as FMEA’s, RCCA, and ATS.
- Document work done in sufficient detail for strong historical data for future analysis.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping in personal areas.
- Use proper tools for each job, identifying damaged tools and avoiding risks.
- Use shop tools like lathes, drills, milling machines, etc.
- Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and precision install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.
- Improve reliability of equipment sub-components.
- Develop, modify, read, troubleshoot, and install PLC programs.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC and DC drives/motors.
- Fabricate and install various electrical, piping, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
