Part-time Delivery Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering Goods: Transporting goods or packages to customers or business in a timely manner.
- Following Routes: Using GPS or maps to navigate delivery routes efficiently.
- Loading and Unloading: Ensuring packages or goods are safely loaded and unloaded from the delivery vehicle.
- Adhering to Safety Standards: Perform commercial driving tasks in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of deliveries using app on mobile phone. Complete company logs daily and turn in client keys and paperwork. -Communication: Coordinating with supervisor regarding delivery schedules or changes. - Problem Solving: Handling any issues or complaint fror customers effectively and escalating as necessary. -Flexibility: Being adaptable to changes in delivery schedules or routes as needed. -Physical Requirements: Being adaptable to changes in delivery schedules or routes as needed.

**Skills**:

- Experience as a Delivery Driver, Van Driver, or Courier is preferred
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and moving of parts or materials
- Proficient in load/unload procedures for various types of cargo
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Knowledge of commercial driving practices and safety protocols

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
