We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Team Members. In this role, you will be integral to our warehouse operations, handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving and Unloading**: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and unload trucks using appropriate equipment. Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
- **Storage and Organization**: Organize and store products in the warehouse, ensuring they are properly labeled and easily accessible. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- **Order Picking and Packing**: Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications. Pack items securely and label packages for shipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or shortages to management. Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment and handling products. Report any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to Detail**: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
- **Physical Stamina**: This role involves lifting and carrying heavy boxes, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks are essential.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are willing to support your colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- **Reliability**: You are punctual, dependable, and committed to fulfilling your responsibilities consistently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing warehouse operations effectively and maintaining order.
