Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Fabricate parts when needed
- Supervise contractors when necessary

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Electrical skills to work on wiring and electrical components
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Capability to fabricate parts as needed
- Supervisory experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of maintaining logic controllers
