Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively
- Monitor customer’s open invoices on weekly basis and submit aging reports and statements
- Assist with plan rooms and maintain accurate records
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and markup schematics

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- At least 1-2 years experience with Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, Gmail, and Google sheets
- Familiarity with Construction industry background is an advantage

Pay: $25.69 - $27.45 per hour
