**Job Requirements**
**- REQUIRED_: fifteen years’ experience in a related technical field; five years’ supervisory experience; proven leadership experience successfully managing technical research projects, including costs, schedules, personnel, and reporting; experience with and research interests that align with present and planned MIT-Bates research activities; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; self-motivation; and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. _PREFERRED_: Ph.D. in physics or master’s in engineering/engineering management; experience at a national laboratory, university, or related industry; and experience interfacing with environment, health, and safety groups. **Job #24117**

Salary range: $145,000 - 205,000
