**DESCRIPTION**

**NOW HIRING** for a dependable part-time or full-time Sale Associate.

Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service; with solid people skills, effective oral/written communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Please note the following:

- **This is not a position with UPS Corporate, UPS Warehouse, or a driver position**.**
- **Becoming a Notary is necessary; the company reimburses the employee**:

- **Must have availability two Saturdays a month**

**POSITION**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**As a Team Member of The UPS Store, you will have the following duties**:

- Must be available to work two Saturdays a month
- Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and adequately promote them to exceed customers' expectations
- Accurately Record all sale transactions in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Pack customer content for shipping using established procedures and products.
- Receive and process packages for shipping. It may require retrieving packages from the customer's vehicle when requested.
- Perform end-of-day POS reconciliation duties following company policy and procedures.
- Operate store equipment _(e.g., copiers, fax machines, binding, etc.) safely, efficiently, and productively_.
- Help customers operate business center PC.
- Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment
