**Responsibilities**:

- Manage ride assignments efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor multiple channels within Google chat to respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Cover for drivers as needed, ensuring timely fulfillment of rides
- Utilize computer skills to type a minimum of 200 words per minute and navigate various software programs
- Complete daily tasks and assignments by the end of each day
- Collaborate with 3 to 4 departments on a daily basis to coordinate logistics and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ride assignments and client communications
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to type a minimum of 200 words per minute accurately
- Task-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
