The new Resin and Technology Production facility in Muskegon, Michigan is creating a new stock room. The Stockroom Lead will implement a procedure to carry out the day-to-day activities within the stock room as well as receive all new incoming parts. During the ramp up phase this position will need to be agile as multiple competing priorities will be part of the workflow. Once production is up and running, the Stockroom Lead will transition into a maintenance phase.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain inventory levels through product issuance and replenishment, cycle counting, regular reviews of product movement and working with stakeholders to determine the appropriate min/max levels.
- Daily receiving of inventory and spot buy materials including unpacking, inspection, inventory adjustments in the EAM maintenance management system, and stock put-away.
- Maintain inventory database integrity through consistent and accurate data entry while maintaining a clean and organized stockroom with clear identification of SKU's and bin locations.
- Communicate needs and concerns across all levels of the company and participate in special projects.

**Who** you are**:

- 10+ years working in stockrooms in a manufacturing or production environment with experience in the implementation and lead of a stockroom.
- Be able to obtain license for and operate a forklift.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Regularly be able to stoop, bend over, reach, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
