**Salary**:$62,900

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in library science
- Zero years of related experience in library

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to Multi-task and work cooperatively with others

- Ability to take initiative
- Conflict resolution skills
- Computer knowledge

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Experience working with help desk tickets and troubleshooting problems
- Licensing experience for electronic resources

**Responsibilities**:

- **Acquisitions Workflows**:Communicates with vendors and publishers regarding the ordering, invoicing, licensing, setup, and access of electronic resources. Works with the library’s Business Office and Contract Administration to facilitate license review. Updates records as necessary.
- **Electronic Resources Setup and Maintenance**:Oversees the Libraries’ electronic resources management system (CORAL) and link resolver (SFX). Sets up access to trials and new electronic resources in CORAL and LibGuides and identifies and delegates appropriate projects for SFX.
- **Patron Support**:Develops and manages workflows to assure timely processing and uninterrupted access to electronic resources. Responds to and resolves electronic resource questions and issues reported by patrons and library staff.
- **Professional Development and Contributions**:Participates in scholarly activities and professional service for professional development and to incorporate new ideas and technologies into library services and programs. Serves on campus and library committees as needed or requested. Actively engages and supports Library and TAMU Initiatives.
