- Ability to be physically active throughout the day. Position requires walking, climbing stairs, and light lifting
- Ability to work with young people, and to correct students who are not adhering to the rules or regulation setforth by district and school administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with others
- Ability to de-escalate situations
- Ability to multi task and be flexible
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to complete assigned tasks successfully and efficiently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
