We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines. This is a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
- Responsible for utilizing numerical controlled machines to machine plastic work pieces to specifications
- Interprets complicated drawings, instructions, program and process sheets
- Performs diversified operations on numerical controlled machines
- Performs a variety of related operations to close and interrelated tolerances
- Reviews setup sheet and specifications to determine sequence and dimensions of finished work piece
- Attaches fixtures to machine according to setup instructions
- Manipulates controls to start machine
- Observes and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctions
- Performs inspection and gaging operations to ensure maintenance of quality standards and specifications
- Measures work piece for conformance to specifications
- Notifies supervisor of discrepancies
- Adjusts machine according to specifications
- Cleans machine parts and performs machine maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in using calipers and other measuring tools
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
