**Compensation**: $27/hr paid weekly

We are a leading provider of educational staffing solutions and are excited to announce openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Plaistow, NH. We're seeking passionate individuals committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students in school and home settings.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Support students in developing essential life skills and achieving educational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
