**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- As a core member of the agency’s leadership team, you get to drive objectives, and processes to ensure the highest quality care and support.
- Conduct client evaluations, create plans of care, and assure excellent care coordination.
- Supervise, empower and coach field-based care staff.
- Provide occasional direct patient care as a back-up to field nursing staff.
- Serve as chief compliance officer and oversee proper maintenance of clinical records and reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Current unrestricted RN license in California.
- Eight (8) or more years of clinical experience, with at least two (2) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
- Exceptional skills in nursing evaluations and case management.
- Clinical proficiency with med mgmt, infusions, IV starts, lab draws, level 1-2 wound care, and infection control. Ability to train nurses in these skills as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and inspire care staff.
- Working knowledge related to state and federal regulatory compliance standards (incl. Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and Joint Commission accreditation process.
- Ability to drive to client homes in North County, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and can lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean background, criminal record, and drug test.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
