- WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:- Manages and coordinates QA Floor Inspectors' activities and department when the Supervisor is absent.
Assists in training associates and ensures adherence to SOPs, GDPs, and cGMPs
Performs in-process testing verification and reviews batch records/work orders
Releases batches within the electronic inventory system and submits samples to QC Lab
Conducts AQL as needed, reviews batch documentation, addresses errors promptly, and conducts compliance audits
- REQUIREMENTS:- High school or GED
Some college - preferred
Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb and bend within a manufacturing environment
Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish and shellfish)
Prior Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with manufacturing equipment functionality
Experience in Quality Assurance Systems
Experience working with Computer Software such as Oracle, AS400, PQM, Captiva
- YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:- Requires intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and attention to detail
Basic mathematical skills
