**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution

**Requirements**:

- Must have a fluent command of both English and Spanish
- Hebrew, Armenian and Russian language skills are a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or office management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with order entry systems is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $19.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 43 per week
