**Associates in Human Development Counseling, LLC**

We are currently seeking LCPCs and LCSWs to join an established practice in Inverness, Illinois with plans to add a Chicago location in the near future. Our practice serves court-involved and non-court involved families with a focus on reunification therapy, family therapy, parenting consultation and forensic (custody and mental health) evaluation. Interested applicants must be willing to work with a challenging caseload including court involved families. Interested applicants are not required to conduct forensic evaluations but will have exposure to those and can learn to conduct those evaluations if desired.

Part-time hours to start, with the opportunity to build the position into a full-time opportunity for family-oriented clinicians. We are seeking professionals who are invested in developing their professional practice and offer support and consultation to facilitate our team’s growth. We are interested in adding clinicians to our evening and Saturday hours, and are open to collaborating on a schedule that works for both the clinician and our clients.

At Associates in Human Development Counseling, LLC, we promote healthy interpersonal relationships and self-awareness by providing comprehensive wrap-around services. Our practice has focused on supporting families through the challenges of divorce, separation, visitation and parenting. We encourage our clinicians to develop their niches in working with individuals, families and groups, and establishing themselves within the community.

**Responsibilities include**: maintaining documentation; collaborating with referrals; maintaining confidentiality; providing evidence based treatment and ability to follow treatment protocols; and maintaining own caseload of clients.
