**Job Title: Recruiter I**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for government contracts
- Supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts for government contract positions, with a focus on hiring cleared personnel for DoD or similar agencies
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Meeting monthly recruitment goals
- Tracking recruiting metrics
- Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promoting our employer brand online and offline
- Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Attending virtual job fairs

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sales
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisitions/sourcing role for both cleared and uncleared positions in government contracting
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Desired**:

- Bachelor's degree

**Work Setting and Environment**:

- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed remotely
