Veterinary Receptionist

Quail Meadow Animal Hospital is a small animal, single doctor, client service oriented practice in Ocala, Florida. Our facility has an in-house laboratory, digital radiograph machine, isolation ward, hospitalization ward and 3 exam rooms and 4 treatment bays in addition to a surgery suite.

A few of the tasks our receptionists are in charge of checking clients in, answering phone, scheduling, checking clients out, discharging patients, enter paperwork for patients/clients into medical record system, and helping the rest of the team provide our clients and patients with a great visit experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
