Completing an intake call sheet and gathering all necessary demographic, clinical and financial information on call sheet.
- Adhering to department procedures related to wait-listed patients.
- Contacting the Clinical Team when a review is necessary.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date open cases availability including updating spreed sheets.
- Sending completed call sheets and insurance verification/authorization to the Program Director, Lead clinicians, Evaluation Services, and Business office.
- Schedules appointments for new patients in our Needham and Norwell Office.
- Ensures verification of insurance eligibility and benefits including primary and secondary payers.
- Scheduling appointments, PA, PT-1 Forms..
- Create and maintain electronic medical record for client(s)
- Obtain, track, and maintain authorizations for services
- Provide ongoing support to Billing Manager / Office Coordinator and Practice Administrator.
- Assist with scheduling clinical appointments and appointment reminders
- Manage psychopharmacology schedule and provide support to psychiatric staff
- Maintain office appearance by working closely with other team members and ensuring office is presentable for clients.
- Receive and manage inquiry calls and walk-ins
- Organize office operations and procedures, including faxing, ordering supplies, and maintaining cash log
- Run weekly reports in electronic medical record
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
