The IT Rotation Specialists will partner with the business client community to identify/analyze business needs and provide technology solutions and assist with their implementations. In this role you will collaborate with IT, business clients, and/or solution providers to improve productivity and enhance processes in support of the client's business goals. Responsibilities for this role will be primarily system support, administrative and maintenance duties and to participate in projects/products.

Roles involve a 1 year rotational program in IT Infrastructure & IT Data & processes, and the opportunity to participate in multiple rotation areas below:
IT Operation & Laboratories, IT Research & Development, IT Marketing & Sales, IT Group Functions & Systems, IT Global Application Enterprise

Roles are based in our Ridgefield, CT office with on site flexibility 2- 3 days per week.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Consulting and Analysis:

- Meets regularly with defined clients and stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes and needs.
- Determines requirements to present possible solutions or improvements.

Client Support:

- Performs system support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned systems.

Project/Product/Solution Activities:

- Supports goals by participating on project teams.
- Delivers on assigned tasks and action items.

Technical Focus:

- Develops and maintains awareness of IT process best practices, technology trends and emerging technologies.

Documentation:

- Produces documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities

**Compensation Data**:
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and two years of work experience. Relevant experience in IT preferred.
