**About this Job**

The Warehouse Associate role is responsible for shipping / receiving, outbound deliveries, and showroom maintenance. This person will work closely with our store manager and visual display professionals in our Scottsdale store coordinating deliveries and setting up in-showroom displays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Work with customers and third-party delivery companies to arrange for merchandise delivery to customer homes.
- Work with visual display professionals to assemble and arrange merchandise in retail showroom.
- Hang art in showroom.
- Provide customer assistance in-home as needed to fix and troubleshoot merchandise problems.
- Perform minor repairs on furniture and merchandise as needed.
- Perform minor in-showroom maintenance and cleaning tasks including trash removal, light bulb replacement and painting as needed.
- Manage the Returned Goods process including coordinating with vendors and ensuring appropriate disposition of damaged and/or returned products.

**Qualifications**:

- A positive, helpful attitude with a self-starter mentality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Must have transportation to visit client sites as needed
- Solid organizational skills
- Computer literate

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
