As a Liquor Store Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs. You will also contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a clean and organized environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate transactions at the register.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Recommend and promote products based on customer preferences and purchase history.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including shelves, displays, and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in restocking activities.
- Follow all state and federal laws regarding the sale of alcohol.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge and interest in spirits, wine, and/or craft beer.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift heavy cases
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
