We are looking for a **Warehouse Shipping Clerk** to join our team

The **Shipping Clerk** provides general administrative support to Supervisor/Manager. This includes, but not limited to: performing data entry, preparing packing slips and completing other supporting documents.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provides general administrative support for shipping/receiving area.
- Performs stock adjustments in ERP system, including: label switch, size switch and sample upgrades.
- Prepares packing slips and supporting documents.
- Enters and receives orders by entering data in the ERP system.
- Monitors and coordinates material transfer between locations, utilizing established procedures and protocol to ensure accuracy and efficiency in material movement.
- Follows/adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma/GED
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Computer Skills - Working knowledge of ERP system, and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Communication Skills (Oral/Written) - Bilingual Vietnamese/English is plus, with the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Detail Oriented
- Planning/Organizational Skills
- Safety Minded - follows/demonstrates awareness of all safety policies/procedures of self and others.
- Teamwork/Cooperation - ability to work well with others in a group and cooperates with others.
