Overview:
**Duties**:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Assist customers with locating products in the store
- Process returns and exchanges of merchandise
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products or promotions

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in Wireless sales, Appliance sales, or Technical sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage transactions efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions
- Familiarity with cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 - 40 per week
